Tourism industry in the times of Pandemic 


The world wide economic and social disruption caused by the Corona virus (Covid-19)  pandemic is devastating to many industries.

Tourism has been massively affected and many think that it will take years to recover to the pre-pandemic state.


The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the tourism industry due to the imposition of travel restrictions worldwide , as well as a slump in demand amongst travellers who are fearful of travelling .

The restrictions placed by government worldwide were an attempt to prevent the spread of the virus.
Now, one year after the initial  restrictions , there is a new fear of the virus mutations , 
Spreading from one country to another, resulting the restrictions on travel being extended or reimposed 



Every aspect of tourism has been hit by the pandemic 
From the airline companies, tour guide companies, hotels and many more .

Many countries around the world are heavily reliant on tourism. The effect on the countries is huge whilst the restrictions are in place but many small companies, hotels, bars etc are closing and may never open again , even when restrictions are lifted





 COVID-19 affects me alot because i am unable to see my boyfriend due to the fact that he lives in another country 

The Holiday we had planned is also impossible at the moment
I can’t even see my family due to the travel restrictions 
Honestly it is ruining not just mine , but everyone’s life to the point that im asking my self “ is this the end for all of us “

Then I’ve  realised that this is just a challenge that God gave us 
I believe that God give this type  of pandemic in order for us to realise that in this situation we need unity, understanding and most especially we need to be strong mentally and emotionally 
Despite of all of all problems thats happening in our World.

I always believe there’s always light in every tunnel....
