Tourism industry in the times of Pandemic  The world wide economic and social disruption caused by the Corona virus (Covid-19)  pandemic is devastating to many industries. Tourism has been massively affected and many think that it will take years to recover to the pre-pandemic state. Aling Lucing The Sisig Queen 👑  Hey Guys welcome back to my blogs ❤️❤️ In today’s blog i am gonna talk about our Delicacy here in my beloved province, which is the province of Pampanga. Pampanga is well known as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines and I’m proud to present  one of our best dishes here which is the Sisig . Sisig is pure Filipino dish made from parts of a pig’s head and chiken liver, usually seasoned with Calamansi, lots of onions and chilli peppers mmm “RAPSA” There are lot  of ways to cook Sisig but i can assure   you guys that our Sisig in Pampanga is the best!! ‘Siryoso Mamatay kaman!
